We are proud to announce the 7th edition of the annual Netherlands Bioinformatics Conference (NBIC2012) organized by the Netherlands Bioinformatics Centre (http://www.nbic.nl).

-          3 confirmed keynote speakers:

o   Gerard Kleywegt - Protein Data Bank in Europe (PDBe), EMBL-EBI

o   Dorus Gadella - the Centre for Advanced Microscopy (CAM), University of Amsterdam

o   Harmen Bussemakers - Columbia University, Biological Sciences



-          Parallel sessions with contributed lectures (by abstract selection)

-          Poster presentations and an application showcase, parallel workshops

-          Social activities: conference diner and drinks on the evening of April 24th

-          Awards for: best poster, best lecture, best application showcase
