[BBC] bioinformatics postdoc and programmer positions at UMC Groningen

I am happy to announce we have a postdoc and a programmer Boinformatics position available:


These positions are at the Genomics Coordination Center (GCC), a bioinformatics research group of the University of Groningen and the University Medical Center Groningen, headed by Dr. Morris A. Swertz (m.a.swertz at rug.nl). You will design, develop and document research portals that help geneticists, epidemiologists and clinicians to integrate across biobanks and visualize data from DNA to disease. You will be part of an international team of ten bio-informaticians working closely in daily SCRUMs to unravel this data and publish in the context of national and EU biobank consortia including BBMRI-NL, NBIC, EU-BioMedBridges, LifeLines, Top Institute Food & Nutritions, CTMM and EU-BioSHaRE
