SYSTEMS BIOLOGY MODELLING OF CANCER PATHWAYS, 21 JUNE 2019

In this course you will learn how to represent the components of the
MAPK pathway as a Systems Biology Gene Notation (SBGN) diagram,
parametrize the reactions of the pathway and finally run the pathway
simulation using the software COPASI.
