We are looking for a PhD fellow with background in machine learning / 
deep learning models development ideally applied to high-throughput 
genomics to work with us on approaches to define cis-regulatory 
signatures useful for breast cancer subtype identification and to 
develop deep learning models to decipher the gene regulatory networks 
active in the identified cis-regulatory signatures.
