Within the Marie Sklodowska-Curie EU funded Butterfly consortium dedicated to advancing pediatric oncology research, we have a PhD position available in bioinformatics either focused on understanding regulatory networks underlying genetic interactions or untangling structural variation in pediatric cancer.
