We are looking for a computational postdoctoral research assistant to join
our group at the Barts Cancer Institute, London. The appointed PDRA will be
integrated into a multidisciplinary team and will collaborate with
bioinformaticians, experimentalists and clinicians and develop/apply
transposable elements-centered bioinformatic pipelines for transcriptomic
and epigenomic data sets. The post is funded by the Cancer Research UK,
 full time (35 hours per week) and fixed term appointment for 30 months
with potential extension. The application deadline is 20th March.
