bypassing the need for culturing techniques.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:#365F91">The Metagenomics course will cover Metagenomics and metatranscriptomics of prokaryotes, eukaryotes and viruses. Topics are Metagenomics-specific issues like calling taxa, functional
annotation, metagenome assembly and comparative Metagenomics. This advanced course is targeted at PhD students and researchers.
