at Utrecht University (</span><a href="http://www.uu.nl"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri;">www.uu.nl</span></a><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri;">) the Netherlands is looking for a Network Biologists with a keen interest
in Integrative Bioinformatics</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri;"> </span><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11pt;">This person will be able to use and develop tools to analyze, integrate and visualize data obtained primarily by mass spectrometry
based proteomics but with the aim to perform integrative analysis using data obtained by siRNA screens, NGS, metabolomics and other post-genome technologies. The projects will primarily be related to stem cell and cancer related research, with a special attention
to focus on perturbation in network biology induced by gene mutations and small molecule drugs. We expect the candidate to be experienced in relevant bioinformatics tools such as Cytoscape, PathVisio (or other pathway analysis tools) and [R]. Also a strong
background in bio-statistics and programming (e.g. in Java, Perl, Python) is an advantage. Ideally also experience with MS-based proteomics data is available. These capabilities should all be clear from your CV, your PhD research and publication list.</span></p>
