the Kuball group is to discover the role of T cell receptor repertoires as well as inflammatory signatures in tissues by next generation sequencing methods. The candidate postdoc will be expected to generate NGS en RNAseq data from patient material and dissect
signatures of inflammation and anti leukemia responses by computational analyses. This is a postdoc research position for a person who is highly motivated, has an outstanding track record in the laboratory, has experience in molecular biology and has the ability
to apply techniques to solve “big data” problems. The main focus of the project will be computational analysis.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
