<p class="MsoNormal">The Human Genomics Facility (HuGe-F) of the Department of Internal Medicine of the Erasmus MC will be leading one of Europe’s largest human genome projects using Illumina’s Global Screening Array (GSA). As such we are seeking an enthusiastic
bio-informatician to perform post-processing of the genotyped GSA data. Other tasks would include implementing a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and supporting other HuGe-F activities such as RNA-Sequencing, microbiome sequencing, DNA methylation
arrays and Genome-Wide Association Analyses.<o:p></o:p></p>
