<p>This workshop will introduce the basics of working with the Ensembl REST API, including an introduction to the main endpoints, exploring the documentation and writing sample clients. Participants will write their own scripts.</p>

Basic knowledge of a programming language. While any language can be used to access the REST API in practice, the support in this course will be limited to Python and Perl.</p>
