 (spatial) (single-cell) multi-omics integration, multimodal signature learning, cross-modality prediction, interpretability and explainability of multimodal ML, and more. The position involves close collaboration with multiple pathology and experimental labs
 in the US, with extensive expertise on spatial omics technologies (e.g. imaging mass spectrometry, sequence-based spatial transcriptomics), providing you with insight into the latest technologies. The position further interfaces with the large-scale consortia,
