Dear All, We have a few spaces left on our online Introduction to Metagenomics and metabarcoding course this month. This course explores the tools and approaches used to process and analyse metagenomics data using both short Illumina and long Oxford Nanopore reads. You will be familiarised with the challenges which are typically encountered in the analysis of such data, and provide solutions to overcome these problems.
