This course is designed to teach you how to move from raw counts to meaningful biological insights using Bulk RNA-seq data. By the end of the training, you will be able to confidently analyze your own datasets using widely adopted tools and workflows.

2. Scywalker for processing long-read single-cell RNASeq data 👆

Understanding transcript diversity at the single-cell level is key when you study gene regulation. In this course you will learn to apply the Scywalker pipeline to generate gene and transcript count matrices for downstream comparisons of gene and isoform expression across samples and cell types.

3. Scientific visualization and communication with PyMOL3 👆

When: 5^th October Where: Brussels

This hands-on course introduces how to load and navigate structures, inspect protein features, apply visualization techniques, and perform basic analyses. A strong focus is on creating clear figures and animations for publications and presentations.

4. Programming in Python: Master your first project 👆

When: 15^th October Where: Online

You will explore core programming concepts through a mix guided practical afternoons, and self-paced exercises. By the end of the course, you will be able to read, modify, and write Python programs and feel confident continuing with more advanced programming topics.
