Wageningen University & Research (WUR) is looking for a Greenhouse & Climate Room Operations Manager for
Klima/NPEC — a unique opportunity to shape the future of plant science infrastructure at
Unifarm, our state-of-the-art research facility.
In this role, you will:
- Lead operations in greenhouses, climate rooms, and growth cabinets
- Guide and coach a skilled technical team
- Ensure top-quality facility performance and technical innovation
- Work closely with researchers, educators, and students
- Manage planning, budgeting, and project administration
You combine leadership and technical expertise with a solid background in
Plant Sciences, Agrotechnology, or a related field. Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required.
