Upcoming Training opportunities

	1. Scientific visualization and communication with PyMOL3 👆 When: 5 October Where: Brussels This hands-on course introduces how to load and navigate structures, inspect protein features, apply visualization techniques, and perform basic analyses. A strong focus is on creating clear figures and animations for publications and presentations.
	2. Basic image processing using Fiji👆 When: 1st October Where: Ghent This training offers a hands-on approach to image processing with Fiji. You will learn to perform basic image processing tasks, apply filters, and use plugins for biological image quantification. This includes using built-in machine learning and neural network methods for image segmentation tasks.
	3. Quantitative bioimage analysis in QuPath: Essentials👆 When: 2nd October Where: Ghent This training provides a hands-on introduction to QuPath. You will learn how to navigate the software and leverage built-in machine learning algorithms (including Random Forest and neural networks) to perform cell segmentation, classify pixels and objects, and extract quantitative features.
