The post description is attached, briefly in this position we will investigate the evolution of human, soil and aquatic microbial communities. Infrastructure for this project is excellent (novel datasets, plenty of HPC and newest seq tech, large assortment of bioinformatic & microbiology focused groups at Institutes) and the post is for 3+2 years to build a research career with care & foresight.
