The Bioinformatics Group at Delft University of Technology has an exciting new PhD opening at the intersection of machine learning and plant biology. This position focuses on developing AI approaches to unravel the dynamic regulatory roles of protein complexes in transcriptional regulation that influence growth–stress trade-offs in plants.

 

The position is part of a large national program aimed at smart, data-driven strategies for developing more resilient crops, offering opportunities for collaboration with both computational modelers and experimentalists.
