The goal of the conference is to advance development of analytical tools for PacBio data by enabling in-person brainstorming and idea exchange among software developers and the bioinformatics community. Through facilitation of open discussion and collaboration, the event will nurture development of new and existing open source tools for de novo assembly, genome phasing, structural variations, epigenetics and full-length mRNA sequencing data analysis.
