By automating and redesigning (modularizing) some of these systems and their communication channels, we aim to create a more stable and reliable infrastructure. You will work closely with specialized bioinformaticians in the departments of Human Genetics and Clinical Genetics and with the Sequence Analysis Support Core (SASC).
