We open a post-doctoral researcher position in Bioinformatics at CNRS-EISBM in Lyon, France, in relation to the IMI-eTRIKS consortium.

The subject is ' Disease and target-specific knowledge enrichment using disease network models '.

We are looking for highly motivated candidates with a PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, computer sciences, mathematics, physics or engineering, with a strong basis in programming (Python, Matlab, C/C++, Java, R or similar). Experience of analysis of biological networks is desirable. The position requires good communication skills in English and involves working in collaboration with eTRIKS partners on translational medicine projects across Europe.
