A one-day workshop that will introduce the basic concepts of
comparative and functional-omics data analysis in plants with lectures and
hands-on sessions that will approach
organization of plant genomes,
evolution of plant gene families, orthologs
and (in)paralogs, and the different systems used to describe gene functions.

Get a mini-diploma issued by Ghent University while learning about
version control,
containers,
pipelines, and
data reproducibility
. This will steer you towards the reproducibility of your research and the
impact and reliability
of
findings and methods.
When: 13 October - afternoon (1/2day)
Where: Leuven
This training will strengthen your AI literacy. You will learn practical
prompting techniques to make these tools support
brainstorming, tone and style
adjustments, content drafting,
summarization, and even generating
visual ideas.
When: 27 October
Where: Ghent
During this training, you will explore different AI tools to support tasks from literature reviews
to content drafting,
summarization, and visualization. We will also show how you can leverage AI
agents.
