Hello colleagues, Together with labs in AI, cancer immunotherapy, and 3D modeling, we are excited to announce the *Computational Structural Immunology (CSI) Symposium, Sep 2-4, Nijmegen* (details below). The event will bring together an outstanding lineup of speakers from both *academia* and *industry*, focusing on the intersection of *AI, computational immunology, and T cell immunity. *Our goal is to foster meaningful discussions, spark collaborations, and provide networking opportunities—particularly for junior researchers and students. *Registration is free*, and we warmly invite you and your group to attend. We’d greatly appreciate it if you could help us spread the word through your lab and networks. Looking forward to seeing you—or members of your lab—at the symposium! Best, Li on behalf of the organizing committee Computational Structural Immunology (CSI) Symposium 2-4 September 2025 | Radboud University Medical Center, Nijmegen, The Netherlands Dear colleagues, Deciphering T-cell receptor (TCR) specificity relies on understanding their three-dimensional (3D) structures. However, even in the post-AlphaFold era, modeling TCR–peptide–MHC complexes remains a major challenge. The Structural Bioinformatics Lab at Radboudumc is proud to host a Computational Structural Immunology Symposium, to foster interdisciplinary dialogue among experts in T-cell immunity, geometric deep learning, and protein structure modeling, advancing our ability to predict T cell specificity and beyond. Confirmed on-site speakers: Alexandre Bonvin (UU), Sonja Buschow (Erasmus MC), Monica Fernández-Quintero (Scripps), David Gfeller (UNIL), Jian Huang (UEST of China), Hashem Koohy (Oxford), Heather Melichar (McGill), Artem Moskalev (Johnson & Johnson), Danny Sahtoe (Hubrecht), Anne Vangone (Roche), Timo van den Berg (Byondis), Li Xue (Radboudumc), Vincent Zoete (UNIL) Tentative Program: Here <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1UzHqdeuaFbj1Eu_LB56L4qnqnS1iPFjHL8LJyL_TT50/edit?usp=sharing> .
