We’re excited to announce our upcoming new Genome Assembly and Annotation Course, taking place online from 10-12 February 2025, 10am–3pm each day (with a 1-hour lunch break).

This hands-on workshop is designed to explore the latest methods and tools for genome assembly and annotation, focusing on long-read sequencing technologies like PacBio and Oxford Nanopore. Whether you're working on de novo assembly or genome annotation for prokaryotes or eukaryotes, this course will provide you with the skills and knowledge to take your research further.
