Specifically, the plugin will enable visualization of the biological networks found in different System Biology standards formats. The successful applicant will join a multidisciplinary collaborative environment: computational biologists, experienced software architects and software developers. Required qualification and skills: BSc or MSc in Computer Science, in Bioinformatics or related disciplines. Strong JavaScript, HTML and CSS skills and good communication skills in English with both technical and non-technical colleagues are required. The position involves collaboration with eTRIKS partners on Translational Medicine projects across Europe. The selected candidate will be based in Lyon-Gerland within the CNRS-EISBM team led by Dr. Charles Auffray, hosted by Claude Bernard University on the Charles Mérieux campus.
