I’m writing to ask a small favor: I’m desperately seeking for a PhD candidate (preferably bioinformatician) that can start his/her PhD in September (for 3 yrs). The position is founded through a Marie Curie ITN project, so the international mobility is requested (<12 months spent in Italy in the last 3 years). Do you know anyone that could be interested?? I would be grateful if you could help me to disseminate the 14 PhD positions available through the EU-funded MSCA Doctoral Network, ENTRY-DM (see flyer attached). The network focuses on Myotonic Dystrophy, with diverse PhD projects focusing on genetype-phenotype correlations, investigations on disease mechanisms, development of ASO-based therapies, etc.. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and interdisciplinary environment, benefit from international collaborations, and receive support also for conference travel and research visits. We are part of this network with our start-up Genartis and our project (in collaboration with my research group at the University of Verona) is DC1 – Innovative genomic technologies for the advanced characterization of Myotonic Dystrophy mutations.
