Thematic day 3rd generation sequencing (Lille, 9 june)

Bilille, the bioinformatics platform on the Lille region, organises a scientific day dedicated to third generation sequencing (pacbio, oxford nanopore, ...) The entire day will be in English and is open for everybody. Registration required, since the number of places is limited. http://www.cristal.univ-lille.fr/~touzet/bilille/third_generation.html Program below. cheers, marc -- Marc F.
