The project focuses on developing graph-based computational methods for the integration of multi-omics data from neuromuscular junction organoids, with applications to neuromuscular disease modeling. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in computational biology or mathematics, and an interest in biological modeling and network-based approaches. Starting date: autumn 2026.
