We are looking for an experienced postdoctoral researcher to join our bioinformatics group at Amsterdam UMC and develop a spatio-temporal multiscale computational model of the lymph node. You will combine agent-based modelling and differential equations to investigate how immune responses emerge from cellular interactions and gene networks. We are looking for someone with: * A PhD with background in computational science or related field * A successful previous postdoc position in computational modelling. * Experience with agent-based modelling and differential equations * An interest in immunology, computational biology, and omics. * Strong communicative skills * The ability to work independently in an interdisciplinary research environment This is a two-year postdoctoral position during which you will be given the opportunity to attract your own research funding. Interested or want to know more? * Contact Antoine van Kampen at a.h.vankampen@amsterdamumc.nl<mailto:a.h.vankampen@amsterdamumc.nl> * Apply via https://werkenbij.amsterdamumc.org/en/vacatures/research/postdoc-computation...
