Dear all, We would like to announce the following ELIXIR Belgium course which is organised together with Geert Jan Bex from KU Leuven/UHasselt. Python for Data Processing Use Python to solve real data transformation problems. Topics include regular expressions, parsing, data transformation, interaction with databases and external programs using libraries for scientific programming such as numpy, scipy, matplotlib, pandas, and biopython. Prerequisites Aimed for people with programming skills and basic knowledge of Python. If you have no knowledge of Python you should follow an introductory Python course first.
