Dear all, Within the NWO Key Technology funded Epi-Guide-Edit consortium dedicated to developing tools for durable epigenetic editing across different applications including health and agriculture, we have a postdoc and a PhD position (both 4 years) available focused on using single-cell resolution pooled epigenetic CRISPR/dCas screens to study epigenetic reprogramming in (breast cancer) cell lines. Both positions offer ample possibilities for the development and application of state-of-the art bioinformatics methods.
