We're seeking a Research Assistant in genomics and analysis of biological data. The position is open to MSc and PhD holders with a closing date on Nov 30th. The job is advertised for one year initially, with strong institutional will to sustain it thereafter. The "Data Analysis" team within the UMS2700 "Acquisition and Data Analysis for Natural History " ( [ https://www.researchgate.net/jobderef/957998/http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ums2700.mnhn.f... | http://www.ums2700.mnhn.fr/ ] ) aims to provide a one-stop-shop for students and staff to support them with biostatistical and biological analysis of image and omics data, as well as offer them training in these fields. A specificity of the MNHN is that projects often concern very divergent taxa and unconventional biological models. The appointee will provide operational expertise in comparative and / or functional genomics to strengthen and promote research projects across the Museum.
