Dear all, We're looking for a new Bio-informatician at the Clinical Genetics department of the Vrije Universiteit Medical Centre (VUmc) in Amsterdam. As a Bioinformatician in the Laboratory for Genome Diagnostics your primary tasks will entail the smooth operation of Next-Generation Sequencing data analyses (i.e. validating and running pipelines, troubleshooting, database management, etc…) and transfer of results to research analysts and laboratory specialists.
