check section + fig to see if multiple occurrences of the same domain is
available.
(if map to hash -> no, replace by array or so)

To whom it may concer,
I was working this morning on the Ectocarpus genome through the public
database and try do view the locus Esi0080_0017 in Artemini.
Unfortunately, Java opens, the sequence is loading, but after, I have an
error message "Fatal error!" "The Application encountered and unforeseen
error......Message: complement (114421..114550)"
I hope you will be able to fix the problem very soon.
Thank you very much in advance to consider my request.
Yours sincerely.
Thierry.

Dear Stephan: Hope you are doing well. I change my computer and I forgot my
login/password to access to the bathycoccus genome. Could you please give me
that information?+
best regards.

#164: add link to previous release

Have a link and search option to go to the previous release of an
annotation. This means that we have 2 databases for a same genome project.
What should be shown is a non-editable, non-browsable snapshot from the
previous release (structure, blast hits, domains etc) in a new window.
Also, with a search one should be able to seach (not default) in the
previous release (using keywords or locus ID) and find the corresponding
locus in the current release.
In the transition period between 2 releases this might be quite useful.

Dear Sirs,
I am studying red algal retrotransposons. From the publication by
Nature, I found that Ectocarpus genome webpage is available.
Then, I visited to the webpage of Ectocarpus (http://bioinformatics.psb.ugent.be/webtools/bogas/
), but could not open the page.
Please let me know the procedures for getting the user account.
Sincerely yours,
S. Takio
