Dear user, As part of the on-going process of migration between the Dispatcher and JDispatcher job frameworks (http://dx.doi.org/10.1093/nar/gkq313) and as previously announced, the old InterProScan services: - InterProScan: http://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/InterProScan/ - WSInterProScan: http://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/webservices/services/interproscan Will be deprecated from the 15th February 2011, and will no longer be maintained.
