[Beg-bogas] Ectocarpus - Chloroplast genome

Hello, I'm annotator on the chloroplast genome of Ectocarpus. It's a project beside the nuclear genome. It's seem that some contigs on bogas belong to the chloroplast genome. Then to prevent the double annotation, it may be a good idea to delete those contigs. We can search for then if you don't know exactly which they are.
