I have two problems:

I cannot open some data with Arteminis, for example Esi0052_0086.

Secondly, Arteminis do not save the changes I made. For example when I find a new CDS. The program always asks wether I want to save the changes. I do save but Arteminis does not save.

Could also check again the assembling of the contig 52 which contains the viral genome. It seems that some viral genes are missing which are in other contigs. For instance, between Esi0052_0124 and Esi0052_0125.

Can you help me ?
