[Beg-bogas] Update on Ectocarpus Gene_Info

Dear, I am working on Ectocarpus siliculosus transcription data and I noticed that there are a lot of changes concerning gene information available on Bogas gene site and in the compiled Ectsi_gene_info file. Is there a possibility for update of that file? Or is there another way to obtain info for a large set of gene IDs directly form the site (instead of checking every gene separately)? Thank you!
