Hi Lieven and Kenny,

A few things for the website.

- Some of the searches (keywords, etc) don't work 
yet but presumably this is being done.

- Will there be automatic GO annotations?

- We have identified several genes as being 
specifically expressed during different stages of 
the life cycle. Some of the data corresponding to 
this is in the Arrayexpress database. It would be 
nice to include a link to this expression data in 
the annotation but it is not always easy to go 
from the partial cDNA clones (which often 
correspond to 3' untranslated regions) to the 
gene models. Is there a way of going to a gene 
model using a position on a sctg?

- I have a problem getting Artemini to work on my 
Mac (although it seems to work fine on another 
Mac in the office and on PCs). I re-installed 
Java and Firefox and that seemed to fix things 
partially but there is still an error message 
half the time:

The stracktrace is printed to the console
Message: Parse error at this point
41527), complement (9852..9936)): Parse error after reading "-"

Any ideas?
