I have uploaded Artemini 2.10 Improvements: - When the program starts it will center on the CDS sequence if present - Mail addresses on errors are all beg-bogas - Program has a bit more error reporting - Fixed bug where upper case amino acid sequences could not be found. - The name displayed is nicely formatted on the title bar - Artemini now takes into account the offset if it is present in the source EMBL file. greetings, Thomas
