No problem if you want to do some annotation. Philippe has signed up for quite a number of gene families and pathways (Defence genes, halide metabolism, oxidative stress, secondary metabolism (phlorotannins, CHS, CHI, etc), proteomics). All the information is in the two attached files. Just send a mail to beg-bogas@psb.ugent.be asking for a password.
