Dear addressee, I was blasting some Pichia pastoris (GS115) sequences in your pages (http://bioinformatics.psb.ugent.be/blast/moderated/?project=bogas_Picpa) and keep getting the following error when trying to retrieve sequences: sh: FN392322.1: command not found [fastacmd] ERROR: Entry "emb" not found Use of uninitialized value in pattern match (m//) at /www/group/biocomp/extra/cgi-bin/biocomp/blast/get_fasta.pl line 53. Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at /www/group/biocomp/extra/cgi-bin/biocomp/blast/get_fasta.pl line 62. Am I doing something wrong? I also remember blasting earlier to "large contigs", now I can only find whole genomes to choose... do I remember wrong or has something been changed lately?
