[Beg-bogas] novice annotator has problem

Dear help, I have annotated the pseudogene Solyc04g079620.1.1 I merged it with its two neighbors (one on each side). I saved it and it looks the way I intended in ANNOJ and Genome View, but the BOGAS page is empty. Can you tell me why? What did I do wrong? When I saved the three merged models in Genome View I chose to delete the obsolete structures. Did this eliminate the BOGAS models? -- David R. Dear David, I just looked at the BOGAS page and it all look fine to me. as you labeled the gene as a pseudo, it is colored in gray (darker than background) Maybe you didn't see the difference in gray and only saw the green box around it? If so, then we need to see what other color we should use to avoid this issue. The other possibility is the cash memory of the browser you're using or the one on our server that was not yet refreshed. This a know issue, but we can't do much to rick the system in order it would load the more recent version of a drawing instead of loading the one stored locally. for now refreshing your page (sometimes a couple of times) might force a new download. best regards Stephane On 04 Dec 2010, at 18:35, David Nelson wrote:

Dear David, apparently there is something maybe going wrong with GO-labels. Did you add manually GO-labels? We saw a problem when there are double entries for GO. So we need to see where the source of this error comes from. If you didn't add anything on GO, then there is a bug on our side. could you describe what you did for the gene Solyc04g079620.1.1? best regards Stephane On 05 Dec 2010, at 22:14, Stephane Rombauts wrote:
