From what I understand from the supplemental information in the paper

Hello, I was hoping to download your annotations for tomato that you describe in your recent Nature paper for incorporation into phytozome.org. the annotations are not in GenBank and are currently only in your web site. The download links require a password. Please advise me on how to obtain the annotation data from your paper. Thank you, Joe Carlson
