Hi all, on friday November 6th in the morning prof. Kristel Van Steen is visiting our group. I know Kristel from the States and she is a population geneticist/statistician. She is working at the University of Liege right now on integrated genome-wide assocation analysis and would be interested in the integration of gene expression profiles and genetic interactions (SNPs) (LeMoNe variant). She will give a presentation about her work and then we will talk about possible collaboration. I gave already a talk to her group about our LeMoNe stuff in Leuven a while ago. Who would be interested in attending this meeting? I hope both you, Nathalie and Tom, will be there, since it is closely related to your former projects?
