Dear all, I think we should make some kind of schedule for Rob's visit to avoid that we all have to be on stand-by for the whole week or that we have to make a schedule on his time. Rob's gonna be here on Monday at 10:30, at which time we can do general introduction. If we schedule one topic (set of related systems biology tools) per half day and take Monday morning for general intro, there is Friday left for individual discussions and maybe other tools (e.g. annotation). The systems biology tools that he should have a look at in detail are listed below (please let me know if I forgot some) together with a tentative schedule and people that should be there.
