Hi, For those who use the matlab functions to create "tight clusters": there is an updated version "matrixClustSym.m" in directory "/group/sysbiol/Matlab/FuzzyClust/". The previous version could run into trouble if at some point in the process the network became disconnected into separate components, the new version handles this gracefully.
