Dear all, Within the Yield group, we are exploring different methods to comprehensively represent large-scale data such as co-expression data, protein-protein interaction data, etc. I would like to organize a meeting to discuss the possiblities of Cytoscape in visualisation. Moreover, I would like to discuss how we can join efforts in developing the necessary tools and plugins.
