there is a new webpage with a wealth of information about arabidopsis proteomics (see http://www.masc-proteomics.org/ <http://www.masc-proteomics.org/> ). if you are looking for a specific A. thaliana protein in a proteomics experiment (shotgun or 2DE), for specific tissue or subcellular localisation, for protein interaction or for protein phosphorylation, seed-specific expression and many more things the "databases" links are probably a good start to find such information. the proteomics subcommittee of MASC is responsible for the webpage and we will update the information weekly.
please, send me suggestions and comments for improvement of the information content!
please, have also a look to the "systems biology" section. here we would like to point out activities, webpages etc. of the other subcommittees as a further linkage! i am grateful for any comments or hints in this direction!  to my mind, these MASC efforts for data integration, resource management etc are unique in biology and i am happy to participate here!
