Thomas wrote a nice webstart application for LeMoNe: http://www.psb.ugent.be/~thpar/ws/ The idea is to help a new user choose parameter settings (though currently the "help" only contains the comments from the properties file, will be updated later), write a properties file and give the option to run LeMoNe without opening a command line.
